We know you’re ready to get out of the hospital and return to the comforts of home after an illness or surgery. To help keep you on the road to recovery after you go home, we’ve designed a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation program to help you stay on track for healing.
At West Boca Medical Center, our team of licensed clinical therapists is here to help you and your loved ones with a variety of rehabilitation services.

If your doctor has referred you to our program, you will be assigned a therapist who will create a recovery plan just for you.
We will work with your insurance provider to pre-certify your therapy sessions to help ensure your visits are covered. Medicare and other insurance plans may cover all or part of the cost of a rehabilitation program. Coverage is different depending on your provider, but we’ll help you to determine your options.
