Accessibility Statement

We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. To do so, we are actively working with consultants to update the website by increasing its accessibility and usability by persons who use assistive technologies such as automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers.

We are working to have the website conform to the relevant standards of the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board, as well as the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. These standards and guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. We believe that conformance with these standards and guidelines will help make the website more user friendly for all people.

Our efforts are ongoing. While we strive to have the website adhere to these guidelines and standards, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. If, at any time, you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of any particular webpage, please contact WebsiteAccess@tenethealth.com so that we may be of assistance.

Thank you. We hope you enjoy using our website.

Work for a Company that Cares

Our hospital is only as strong as the people that work here. That’s why we are dedicated to cultivating a work environment that makes our staff want to invest their career with us. In return, we invest in them. We understand that medical professionals are in high demand, so we offer our employees a competitive benefits package that includes:

  • A 401(k) savings plan
  • Income replacement
  • Medical/vision/dental/life insurance after 31st day of employment
  • Paid time off program
  • Online educational program
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee stock purchase plan

Search and apply for available positions at our facility. You can specify your job search based on keyword, function, shift and more.

In the spirit of wellness for both our employees and patients, West Boca Medical Center has instituted a mandatory influenza prevention vaccination program. Current employees must receive the influenza prevention vaccination free of charge during the recognized flu season. As a condition of employment, new hires will be required to comply with all program rules. This is a mandatory program with the exception of documented medical or religious reasons for not receiving the vaccine. For further information on this progressive program, please contact West Boca Medical Center’s Human Resources Department at 561.488.8145.

Tenet, its hospitals, and all employees share an ongoing commitment to uphold Tenet's Standards of Conduct and Ethics.

At West Boca Medical Center, we believe in establishing an equal employment opportunity practice in all of our departments. Staff hiring will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or any characteristic protected by law.
