Treatments

If you decide to make an appointment with the Sleep Diagnostic Center, then you are on the path to accomplishing something you never thought possible—getting a good night’s sleep! Many of our patients will need to participate in an overnight sleep study, or polysomnogram, which helps specialists properly diagnosis the disorder. The sleep study is neither painful nor dangerous.

During the procedure, sleep specialists will monitor you, noting key parameters throughout the sleep - EEG (brain waves), ECG (heart rate), EMG (muscle activity) - and blood oxygen saturation levels. To make you more comfortable, we provide hotel-like rooms. Parents are also able to stay with children who are being tested.
