Maternity Navigator
My name is Debby Putnam, RN and I am proud to serve as the Maternity Navigator for the Boca Center for Women's Care at West Boca Medical Center. In this role, I am dedicated to acting as a liaison, advocate, and counselor while ensuring that our
team provides exceptional patient care through seamless coordination.
As your Maternity Navigator, I will provide a personalized experience by working closely with your physicians to establish collaboration and coordination of care throughout your antepartum period to delivery and beyond. I will guide and support you throughout
your pregnancy by serving as your primary contact and a consistent resource for all questions.
I understand that given the current pandemic, you may be nervous or have questions about delivering your baby at our hospital. I would like to assure you that we have numerous procedures in place to optimize the safety and well-being of you and your loved ones. I am available to discuss any concerns you may have, so that you feel confident coming to our Boca Center for Women's Care.
I am delighted to have the opportunity to help growing families in our community and I look forward to supporting you as your maternity navigator.
