Lactation Consultant

My name is Betsy Eisenberg, RN, IBCLC. I am proud to be the Lactation Consultant here at West Boca Medical Center. My nursing career has been centered on Maternal Child Nursing with experience in Pediatrics, Newborn Nursery and Neonatal Intensive Care. I have taught the Journey of Motherhood Class and the Breastfeeding Class and I am pleased to share my knowledge with you.

As your Lactation Consultant, I will be working with you in the hospital and will be sharing evidence-based information to assist you with latching, positioning, bonding and tips for maintaining lactation goals at home. After discharge, you can call the Lactation Department at 561-488-8000 extension 6166 with any questions or challenges you may have.
