Visitor Restrictions

Closures

Due to CDC Guidelines and out of an abundance of caution for both patients and staff, effective Monday, 3/23/20 we will temporarily close all outpatient therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapies at West Boca Medical Center and West Boca Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Center.

We will contact our patients when we are able to resume outpatient therapy services. Patients are welcome to contact their referring physician or the outpatient therapy clinic with any questions or concerns. Our clinic number is 561-488-8290.

New Visitor Guidelines

As individuals enter West Boca Medical Center in areas such as the Emergency Department or registration, hospital staff are asking screening questions about recent travel and symptoms, including fever or respiratory symptoms (shortness of breath or cough).

For the safety of our patients and staff, effective Monday, March 23rd, we will no longer be accepting visitors into the facility until further notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Feel free to communicate this with your loved ones who may want to visit. You are encouraged to use your personal device for virtual visits and phone calls.

These measures will be in effect until we are advised by the CDC or the Florida Department of Health that it is safe to return to normal visiting practices. We appreciate your support and understanding during this time. We are committed to keeping our patients, our staff and our community safe. Thank you for choosing West Boca Medical Center. It is our pleasure to serve you.
