- High blood pressure
- High blood sugar or diabetes
- Heart disease, heart beat irregularities or history of heart attack
- Elevated cholesterol and lipids
- Smoking
- Obesity
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Excessive alcohol consumption
- Illegal drug use
