Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Guest Relations at 561-488-8388 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or dial the operator and ask to be connected to Guest Relations. Weekend, Evenings and Holidays, please dial the operator and ask to be connected to the Nursing Supervisor. You may also discuss any concerns with the Director of Assistant Nurse Manager of Unit to which you are admitted.

Following your discharge, you may receive a call from Conifer Health Solutions; a third party that collects patient satisfaction data for us. We would appreciate it if you would please participate in the telephone interview.
