West Boca Medical Center utilizes an outside firm, Field Research Corporation, to conduct random phone satisfaction survey on discharged patients. We ask for your evaluation of the nursing care, meals, cleanliness of your room, the admitting and dischare processes and more. If you receive a phone call, we'd appreciate your response. Your input can help us identify any areas we should improve upon, as well as recognize any outstanding areas or staff. We want to be a 9 or 10 in your book. Please let us know what we can do to meet your personal needs.
