West Boca Medical Center announced that Stephanie Sherman is the hospital’s new director of human resources.

Sherman has more than 15 years of experience in human resource leadership most recently serving as interim director and human resources manager at Delray Medical Center and Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital. The former cardiology practice administrator has her bachelor’s degree in business and education and her master’s degree in business and education from State University of New York – Albany. She is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management.
